Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains:

  1. What information we collect and why we collect it.
  2. What we do to protect your information.
  3. How we use that information.

Information we collect

We require you to sign up with a Google Account simply to avoid the necessity dealing with e-mail verification, passwords, authorization and related things. However, we don't have any access to your password, telephone, address, banking details or any other information you might have stored in your Google profile.

We collect information in two ways:
  • Information you give us. For example, when you upload a file we keep the file contents until you delete it.
  • Information we get from your use of our services. We may collect information about the services you use and how you use them. This information includes:
    1. Log information

When you use our services or view pages, we may automatically collect and store certain information in server logs. This may include:

      • pages you have visited
      • internet protocol address you have used
      • names of the files you have uploaded or downloaded
      • name of the software you have used to access our pages
    2. E-mail address

When you log to use our services you provide e-mail address.

    3. Service Settings

There are a few settings you may change to improve the quality of the service.

How we use information we collect

Your files are kept on our servers until you decide to delete them. Deleted files are immediately deleted and purged from our servers.

Log files are kept mainly for security purposes, we don't share this information with third parties. We sometimes analyze log data to find the ways to improve our services.

E-mail addresses generally are not used, but we keep them in case we have to contact you about your account or your files. We don't sent unsolicited e-mail and we don't disclose your e-mail to third parties.

Service settings are kept as long as you have your account. When you delete your account, your service settings are deleted as well as your account data.

Search Engine Submission

We do not submit any customer pages to the search engines. If you notice your applications page in the search engine output, it's most likely was submitted by Search Bar Plugin installed in your browser. Please inform us and we will deal with it promptly.

The following pages require login:

Information we share

We do not share personal information with companies, organizations and individuals unless one of the following circumstances apply:

    • suspend or terminate your account access.
    • access or retain information stored as part of your account.
    • use your account information in order to satisfy applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
    • restrict your ability to delete or edit information or privacy settings.
  • For legal reasons

Information security

We work hard to protect our users from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of information we hold. In particular:

  • We offer the possibility to encrypt access to our services using SSL.
  • We regularly review our information collection, storage and processing practices to guard against unauthorized access to the system.
  • We restrict access to personal information to our employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to process it for us, and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.

Enforcement

We regularly review our compliance with our Privacy Policy. When we receive formal written complaints, we will contact the person who made the complaint to follow up. We work with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that we cannot resolve with our users directly.
